New journal: Elsevier Signal Processing Open

EURASIP with Elsevier are launching a new journal: Signal Processing Open. As the name implies, it is an open access journal. It fits in the portfolio of EURASIP which already had 3 other Elsevier journals. The journal will cover all aspects of signal processing.

Richard Hendriks has been named the inaugural Editor-in-Chief. The editorial board is currently being assembled, and the first issues are expected to appear in 2027.
