Microelectronics Research day 2026

Once again set up in the beautiful playground of TU Delft’s Aula Congress Center, the event will host the celebration and review of the department’s world-leading research in the many domains wherein micro- and nanoelectronics plays an ever more important role, including particularly autonomous sensor systems, next-generation sensing and health & wellbeing.
The Microelectronics Research Day will provide a full day of visionary invited talks, starting with the plenary talk by Alexander Buhmann, Chief Expert at Bosch GmbH, poster exhibitions, booth visits, inspiring conversations and new connections in the making. With more than 250 participants, multiple attending companies and 60 selected posters, we will be looking forward to a memorable event!

Dr. İlke Ercan Named Educator of the Year for the BSc Electrical Engineering Programme
Dr. İlke Ercan has been selected as Educator of the Year for the BSc Electrical Engineering programme at TU Delft, following nominations and votes from students.
Two SoTL Grants Awarded to EEE Projects on Student Success and Team Learning
Two educational innovation projects from Electrical Engineering Education section have been awarded a Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) grant by the Dutch National Education Institute (NKO, formerly NRO).
