Biography

Alec Daalman received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Hague University of Applied Sciences, The Hague, The Netherlands, in 2024, where he did his thesis on “Adaptive Segmentation for Radar Point Cloud-based Continuous Activity Classification” with TU Delft’s MS3 group.

In 2026, he obtained a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands, on the topic of “Mitigating the Impact of Highly Diverse RCS in Closely Spaced Multi-Target Detection by Coherent Distributed Subarrays”.

He joined the Microwave Sensing, Systems, and Signals Group, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Delft University of Technology, as a PhD candidate in 2026,  where he is currently researching multi-band fusion in joint communication and sensing.
